1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
A project has not been started within 10 business days of payment and no discovery or kickoff call has taken place.
You cancel the project before any design, development, or strategy work has been initiated.
A technical error on our part prevents the delivery of a service, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
Once work has started on your project (including meetings, design drafts, development, or client onboarding).
If project delays are caused by lack of client communication, approvals, or required materials.
For completed work or partially completed work that has been delivered.
For monthly subscriptions (CRM, hosting, maintenance, automation tools, etc.) after the billing cycle has started.
For third-party integrations, plugins, themes, or software licenses purchased on your behalf.
3. Revision & Dispute Resolution
We believe in collaboration and resolving issues:
If you’re unsatisfied with the initial work, we will offer reasonable revisions (as per project scope).
If a dispute arises, we will first work with you in good faith to resolve the matter before considering refund options.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
Email support@learnaux.com with your project name, payment reference, and the reason for your refund request.
We will respond within 5–7 business days to assess your request and provide a resolution
5. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Disputes
We encourage open communication. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy and may result in project suspension and legal action if applicable.
